A high-energy NYC string band, inspired by everything from Romani and Balkan music to Appalachian fiddle to hip hop to tango. The band (nicknamed Lumii) toured extensively in the US and overseas, and released 3 albums as well as an EP created in collaboration with the Carolina Chocolate Drops.
